What you bring with you
  • Completed training as a paralegal or tax clerk
  • Confident handling of MS Office
  • Initial experience with DATEV an advantage

What you will do

Friendly and professional support for our clients

You are the first point of contact for our clients, both in person and on the phone. With your friendly and courteous manner, you ensure that our clients feel that they are in good hands. You answer enquiries, coordinate appointments and actively contribute to the positive public image of our law firm.

Preparation and checking of invoices as well as advice and support with contract processing

You prepare invoices accurately and on time and check them carefully. In addition, you will assist with the preparation of consultancy agreements and oversee the entire contract processing process. You will ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently so that our clients are always optimally supported.

Maintenance and management of master data

You update and maintain our client and contract data with the utmost accuracy. Your diligent work ensures that all information is always up to date, which is essential for the smooth running of our law firm.

Preparation of meeting rooms including setting up the technology for online meetings:

They ensure that our meeting rooms are always optimally prepared. This includes not only providing documents and drinks, but also setting up the technology for online meetings. You make sure that all technical systems work perfectly so that meetings and conferences run smoothly.

Processing of postal traffic

You reliably handle the daily processing of incoming and outgoing mail. You will not only sort and distribute the mail, but also ensure that important documents are forwarded on time so that everything runs smoothly.
