What you bring with you
  • You are a fully qualified lawyer and ideally specialise in commercial and corporate law
  • You have the ability to precisely analyse legal issues and develop effective legal solutions
  • You have excellent communication skills to explain complex legal issues in an understandable and convincing manner
  • You are a strong team player and can work successfully in a dynamic team environment
  • You have the ability to work independently and make decisions on your own responsibility.
  • You are characterised by a sense of responsibility and negotiating skills
  • Ideally you have initial knowledge of MS-Office and DATEV
  • You are willing to continuously learn and expand your knowledge
What you will do
  • You advise companies on setting up and choosing the right legal form
  • You draw up and review contracts in the area of commercial and company law
  • You support the restructuring, mergers and acquisitions of companies
  • You represent our clients in judicial and extrajudicial disputes
  • They advise companies on compliance regulations and corporate governance
  • You develop and implement corporate law structuring measures
