What you bring with you
  • You have completed training as a paralegal (m/f/d).
  • You have a sound knowledge of the MS Office package.
  • Ideally, you have already gained some experience with the DATEV software, but this is not a mandatory requirement.

What you will do
  • You create invoices according to hourly expenditure and partly according to RVG.
  • You monitor and track legal deadlines and dates to ensure they are met and notify the responsible employee
  • You will be responsible for client communication, answering enquiries, taking calls and coordinating appointments.
  • You will provide support with enforcement measures, including document preparation, correspondence and monitoring.
  • You process incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distribution and dispatch of letters and parcels
  • You prepare legal documents in accordance with the applicable requirements and ensure correct wording.
  • You will carry out general office and administrative work.
