We would like to point out that we are not obliged to participate in any dispute settlement procedures before a consumer arbitration board.
In case of a consumer dispute, which will not be resolved successfully between RIEDIGER. legal s.r.o., advokátní kancelář and the client, the client has the right to approach the komora as a entity of out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes according to the law 634/1992 Coll on consumer protection as amended.
